IBMA is a non-profit music association that connects, educates, and empowers bluegrass professionals

IBMA World of Bluegrass® facilitates the growth and development of the bluegrass music community, from professional to fan. This goal is accomplished through four main components: business conference, showcases, awards show, and the music festival.  
We bring you the best in bluegrass during our two-day festival in Downtown Chattanooga: IBMA Bluegrass Live!®


During the two-day festival, September 19-20, you will find some of the best in bluegrass music downtown Chattanooga. Performances will take place in Miller Park, Miller Plaza, and Patten Square.

This festival brings thousands of attendees across the world to the streets of Chattanooga to enjoy music, food & beverage, arts & crafts, family fun, and more! 

NOTE:  Events are happening September 16 – September 20, 2025. NOTE:  The Festival/Market where you will find amazing Music, merchants and artists is September 19-20 (Friday and Saturday)
